Personnel Affairs Division (PAD)

PERSONNEL AFFAIRS DIVISION

The Personnel Affairs Division is a subset of the Registry of the College. The division is headed by the Deputy Registrar in person of Mrs. S. A. Adeyemi. The division is further divided into three (3) units. The Academic and Junior Staff Unit headed by Mr. O. A. Oyewusi, the Senior Non-Teaching Staff Unit headed by Olaitan Adeyemi (Mrs.),and the Human Resource Unit headed by Mr. Sanusi M. A. This division is the engine room of the Registry and renders dedicated service to the College.This division is directly responsible for the following:

1. Processing of recruitment of staff to positions of need.
2. Documentation of newly employed staff.
3. Facilitating promotion, upgrading and conversion exercise of staff.
4. Keeping updating of staff records.
5. Attending to request of staff as it relates to further studies, annual leave, maternity leave, leave of absence, pre-retirement leave etc.
6. Deployment of staff to various departments to help achieve the College’s vision and mission.
7. Deployment of Corp members and students on industrial attachment to places of need.
8. Preparation and updating of staff nominal roll.
9. Providing statistical data of staff to government regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
