On Thursday, April 24, 2025, the Provost of the College, Dr. Ademola Rauf Salami, led a distinguished delegation of the College Management on a courtesy visit to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abimbola Akeem Owoade I, the Alaafin of Oyo, at the royal palace. The visit was part of the College’s ongoing efforts to strengthen community engagement and foster deeper ties with traditional institutions.

Dr. Salami expressed his profound appreciation for the warm reception accorded the delegation and conveyed the College's admiration for the Alaafin’s unwavering commitment to cultural preservation, peace, and regional development. He also acknowledged the invaluable role traditional rulers play in promoting education and social stability.
