(ii) Principal Lecturer (CONPCASS 08)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree or Doctoral in relevant fields and specialization from a recognized institution with at least 12 years of teaching/research in a higher institution of learning and possession of scholarly publications and attended conferences. (iii) Senior Lecturer (CONPCASS 07) The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree or Doctoral in relevant fields and specialization from a recognized institution with at least 9 years of teaching/research in a higher institution of learning and possession of scholarly publications and attended conferences.
(iv) Lecturer I (CONPCASS 05)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree or Doctoral in relevant fields and specialization from a recognized institution with at least 6 years of teaching/research in a higher institution of learning and possession of scholarly publications and attended conferences.
(v) Lecturer II (CONPCASS 03)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree in relevant fields and specialization from a recognized institution with at least 6 years of teaching/research in a higher institution and possession of scholarly publications and attended conferences.
(vi) Lecturer III (CONPCASS 02)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree in relevant fields and specialization from a recognized institution with at least 3 years of teaching/research in a higher institution.
(vii) Assistant Lecturer (CONPCASS 01)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in relevant field and specialization with evidence of teaching qualification.
(viii) Librarian III (CONPCASS 02)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree in Library Science from a recognized institution with three years cognate experience, or an approved degree plus post-graduate diploma in Library Studies with three years cognate experience and must be an Associate or Fellowship of a recognized Institute of Librarians.
(ix) Assistant Librarian (CONPCASS 01)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Library Science from a recognized institution or a good Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University plus a postgraduate Diploma in Library Studies and must be an Associate or Fellowship of a recognized Institute of Librarians.
(x) Higher Instructor (CONPCASS 01)
The candidate must possess a good Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant area from recognized institutions plus the evidence of Professional Teaching Qualification.
(i) All candidates for teaching staff positions must possess teaching qualifications in addition to the academic qualification.
(ii) Minimum entry requirement for Lecturer Cadre is Second Class (Lower Division).
(iii) Evidence of registration with Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is compulsory.
(iv) Master’s degrees acceptable are Academic Masters degrees in core teaching subjects.
(v) Possession of NYSC document of Certificate, Exemption or Exclusion, as the case may be is compulsory.
(vi) Must be proficient in ICT.
B. NON-TEACHING STAFF POSITIONS

(iii) Confidential Secretary II (CONTEDISS 06)
(a) WASCE/SSCE with four papers at a sitting or five papers at two sittings (English Language included) plus Federal/State Civil Service Training Centre Certificate in Secretarial Studies with 60/120 WPM in Typing and Shorthand respectively.
(b) National Diploma in Secretarial Studies plus two years satisfactory work experience on the grade.
BURSARY DEPARTMENT
(i) Senior Accountant (CONTEDISS 09)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accountancy from a recognized degree awarding Institution of learning with at least six years post qualification cognate experience or Master’s degree with three years post qualification cognate experience or Doctoral degree plus NYSC Certificate, Exemption or Exclusion as the case may be.
(ii) Principal Stores Officer (CONTEDISS 09)
The candidate must possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Studies, Purchasing and Supplies or its equivalent with at least six years cognate experience or National Diploma with at least 11 years cognate experience plus NYSC Certificate, Exemption or Exclusion as the case may be.
(iii) Accountant II (CONTEDISS 07)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accountancy from a recognized Degree awarding Institution plus NYSC Certificate, Exemption or Exclusion as the case may be.
(iv) Higher Executive Officer (Accounts) (CONTEDISS 07)
The candidate must possess HND in Accounting/Accountancy with a minimum Lower Credit from a recognized institution plus NYSC Certificate, Exemption or Exclusion as the case may be.
MEDICAL CENTRE
(i) Medical Officer (CONMESS 02)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from a recognized institution registerable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and completed NYSC Certificate, Exemption or Exclusion as the case may be with one-year post registration cognate experience.
(ii) Radiographer (CONHESS 09)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or Medical Radiography from a recognized institution registerable with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) and with evidence of completion of internship plus NYSC Certificate, Exemption or Exclusion.
(iii) Principal Pharmacist Technician (CONHESS 09)
The candidate must obtain the registration of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology for Technician Cadre with at least nine years post qualification cognate experience.
(iv) Medical Laboratory Technologist II (CONHESS 07)
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology, registrable with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
(v) Medical Laboratory Technician (CONHESS 06)
The candidate must possess a West African School Certificate who has successfully completed a three-year training in a recognized institution and obtained the registration of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) for Technician Cadre.
(vi) Medical Records Technician (CONHESS 06)
The candidate must possess any of the following:
(a) Associate Membership of the Association of Medical Record Technicians.
(b) Associate Membership of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.
(c) Certificate of Registration of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology for Technician Cadre after successful completion of the prescribed three years training programme.
(vii) Health Recorder (CONHESS 06)
The candidate must possess a National Diploma in Health Records, Health Information Management, or related health discipline from a recognized institution and obtained the registration of Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN).
(viii) Staff Nurse/Staff Midwife (CONHESS 06)
The candidate must possess NRN or the NRM or equivalent qualification who has duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
(ix) Principal Community Health Assistant (CONHESS 06)
The candidate must possess a minimum of Junior Secondary School Certificate who has successfully completed the two years training programme in a School of Health Technology or other approved Assistant Health institute with at least six years cognate experience.
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT)

(a) Degree in Computer Science/ICT,
(b) Degree in Electrical Electronics, Physics or Statistics with a Post-graduate Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institution.
